Please read carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with CQC Airsoft, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below.
Welcome to CQC Airsoft. By accessing or making a purchase from CQCairsoft.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Legal Age Requirement
By purchasing from CQC Airsoft, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. CQC Airsoft does not sell or ship airsoft guns to minors.
Any order found to be placed by an individual under the age of 18 will be cancelled without refund, and law enforcement may be notified if applicable.
Age Verification Required
You must be 18 or older to purchase any airsoft firearm from CQC Tactical Airsoft. This applies to all Canadian provinces and territories.
Compliance
Product Use & Compliance
All products sold by CQC Airsoft are intended for recreational, sporting, and training purposes only. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, state, and federal laws governing ownership, transportation, and use of airsoft guns or related accessories.
CQC Airsoft is not responsible for the misuse, modification, or illegal use of any product purchased from our store.
Final Sale Policy
All airsoft guns, replicas, and internal components are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of airsoft products and international logistics, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the order is processed and shipped. Defective or damaged items may be handled under manufacturer warranty (if applicable), but CQC Airsoft does not guarantee replacement stock or turnaround times.
- You have reviewed product compatibility, specifications, and intended use.
- You accept that your order is final and non-refundable once shipped.
- Modification, misuse, or improper installation voids any warranty or claim.
Shipping & Fulfillment
All orders require approximately 1–3 business days processing before shipment, regardless of shipping method selected.
Selecting 1-Day or 2-Day Shipping only affects transit time after processing — it does not bypass the processing queue.
Some products ship from our U.S. warehouse and are imported into Canada before delivery. Allow additional processing time for these items.
All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order leaves our warehouse, including carrier delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages.
Tracking numbers are provided once your package is processed for final shipment to your Canadian address.
Once your order enters the Processing Queue, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact support immediately if needed — approval is not guaranteed.
Compliance With Local & Federal Laws
It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, provincial/state, and federal laws regarding purchase, ownership, importation, transportation, and use of airsoft products.
CQC Airsoft assumes no responsibility for products confiscated, seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities. No refunds or replacements will be issued for items destroyed by regulatory agencies.
Any costs associated with customs inspections, import duties, fines, penalties, return shipping, or product destruction are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Terms of Use — Clauses 1 – 25
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CQC Airsoft. By accessing or using CQCAirsoft.com, you agree to comply with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
CQC Airsoft respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Any software made available on the Site is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use any Company trademarks without written permission.
By posting content to the Site, you grant CQC Airsoft a royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and publish it for business operations. You will not receive compensation for User Content submitted.
You agree not to upload or distribute any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and non-infringing.
You may not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, unlawful, or spam. CQC Airsoft reserves the right to remove such content and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
If you believe your copyright was infringed, send a written notice to CQCTacAirsoft@gmail.com including your signature, identification of the work, infringing material, contact information, and a good-faith statement.
CQC Airsoft may investigate complaints, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its discretion if terms are violated, without prior notice when required for security or legal compliance.
CQC Airsoft provides the Site and Service "as-is" with no warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Products include a limited manufacturer defect warranty from ship date. Warranty is void if the product was disassembled, abused, altered, had its orange tip removed, or was used with low-grade BBs or incorrect power sources.
Submit warranty or return requests via RMA form by emailing CQCTacAirsoft@gmail.com. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CQC Airsoft recommends using high-grade 0.20g BBs or heavier and quality batteries with smart chargers. Using low-quality BBs or improper power sources causes damage not covered by warranty.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CQC Airsoft is not liable for any direct or indirect damages — including lost profits or data — regardless of cause or legal theory.
CQC Airsoft is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site. Access them at your own risk.
You may not access unauthorized data, attempt to breach Site security, interfere with functionality, upload malicious code, reverse-engineer the Site, or use it for illegal activity.
You agree to indemnify and hold CQC Airsoft harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No waiver is valid unless approved in writing.
Nothing on the Site grants you permission to use CQC Airsoft trademarks or intellectual property unless explicitly authorized in writing.
The Site is operated from Canada. CQC Airsoft makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate outside Canada.
CQC Airsoft may update these Terms, modify the Site, or discontinue Services without prior notice. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
Expedited orders do not bypass processing times (1–3 business days approx.). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Back-ordered items may ship separately at no extra cost.
Only one coupon per order. No rain checks. Coupons cannot be applied to sale items, MAP-restricted items, or combined with other promotions. Exclusions may apply.
By using the Site or Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
