Some airsoft guns and accessories are shipped from our U.S. warehouse to our Canadian facility before being delivered to you.
This may add additional processing time. CQC Airsoft handles all import procedures and customs documentation for these shipments.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once an order enters our Processing Queue, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Tracking will be provided once your package has shipped.

All orders require a processing time of approximately 1–4 business days before shipment.
Selecting 1-Day or 2-Day Shipping at checkout does not mean your order ships immediately — it only affects the transit time after your order has been processed and shipped.

If you choose “2-Day Shipping,” your order will ship within the standard 1–3 day processing window.
Once shipped, delivery will take two business days based on your selected carrier option.
Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, or items being transferred
from our U.S. warehouse.

This applies even if you paid for 1-Day or 2-Day shipping and the carrier delivers it incorrectly, ships it to the wrong location, or fails to meet the expected transit timeframe. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances for carrier-related errors.

In the event that a shipment is stopped, seized, or destroyed by customs or other regulatory agencies due to local or federal laws, CQC Airsoft will not issue refunds, replacements, or compensation for the affected items.
