Canadian retail orders over $300 CAD qualify for free shipping Canada-wide. International and wholesale orders do not qualify.

Do international orders over $300 ship free?
No. Free shipping is limited to qualifying retail orders shipped within Canada. International shipping charges apply regardless of order value.
Do wholesale orders qualify for free shipping?

When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. CQC Airsoft is closed for processing on Saturdays and Sundays. Processing time varies with availability and warehouse location.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery depends on your destination, carrier and service. Order processing and any warehouse transfer take place before carrier transit. Contact us before ordering for an estimate on a specific item.
Why is my tracking not moving yet?
A newly created label may not show movement until the carrier scans the parcel. Email us with your order number if you need help with an update.
Can delivery estimates change?
Yes. Carrier delays can affect estimated delivery dates. Check tracking for current updates or contact us for assistance.
