Return Policy
Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, complete with original packaging.
Returns missing original packaging may be refused or subject to restocking fees (see below).
Products that have been used, gamed, or installed will not be accepted.
Factory-sealed items are FINAL SALE.

Warranty & Use Policy
Disassembly, appearance changes, or misuse voids warranty.
Damage from abuse or neglect is not covered.
Use of propane with gas blowbacks will void the warranty.
Shipping & Return Instructions
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mark all return packages clearly as “PRODUCT RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE.”
Use generous packing to protect returned items—especially original gun boxes.
CQC Tactical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

All guns ship brand new and inspected.
If there’s a problem, email CQCTacAirsoft@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on airsoft guns after purchase.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they enter the Processing Stage.
CQC Tactical reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
