CQC Airsoft, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, property damage, or legal consequence arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from our store.
All airsoft guns must be treated as real firearms and used with proper safety equipment and in designated environments.

Due to the nature of airsoft products and international logistics, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the order is processed and shipped.
Defective or damaged items may be handled under manufacturer warranty (if applicable), but CQC Airsoft does not guarantee replacement stock or turnaround times.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. CQC Airsoft is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3. USE OF SOFTWARE – Any software made available for download on the Site is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. CQC Airsoft retains all ownership and intellectual property rights.
You may not: Sell, redistribute, or reproduce the software / Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software / Use any Company trademarks or logos without written permission

4. USER CONTENT – By posting or uploading any content (“User Content”) to the Site, you grant CQC Airsoft a royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, display, edit, and publish the content as needed for business operations. You represent that you own or are authorized to share any User Content you submit.
You will not receive compensation for User Content submitted to the Site.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLIANCE – You agree not to upload or distribute any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and non-infringing.

6. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT – You may not upload or distribute content that is: / Defamatory, obscene, abusive, or threatening / Unlawful or encouraging illegal activities / Spam, advertising, or solicitation without authorization – CQC Airsoft reserves the right to remove such content and cooperate with law enforcement when required.

7. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY – If you believe your copyright was infringed on our Site, you must send a written notice to:

8. ALLEGED VIOLATIONS – CQC Airsoft may investigate complaints, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its discretion if terms are violated. We may do so without notice when required for security or legal compliance.

9. NO WARRANTIES (SITE & SERVICE) – CQC Airsoft provides the Site and Service “as-is.”
We make no warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. PRODUCT WARRANTIES & POLICIES – Unless otherwise stated, CQC Airsoft products include a limited warranty from the date the order ships. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only, subject to inspection by CQC Airsoft technicians. Warranty is void if:

The product was disassembled, abused, altered, modified / The orange tip was removed (where legally required) / Low-grade BBs or incorrect power sources were used / The item was returned without original packaging

Excluded from warranty:
Batteries, chargers, consumables, budget-grade plastic airsoft guns under $60, damage from misuse, and compatibility issues between aftermarket upgrades. International orders: All sales final, with defect reporting required within 14 days of delivery.

11. RETURN POLICY – You may submit a warranty or return request by completing an RMA form:
Please Email – CQCTacAirsoft@gmail.com / Do not return any items until an RMA number is issued. / Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging / A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns / Shipping fees are non-refundable (Including expedited 1-Day / 2-Day shipping—even if the carrier delivers incorrectly or late) / If your package arrives damaged: / Keep all packaging / Contact our support team immediately / We will assist with the carrier’s damage-claim process (may take up to 10 business days)

12. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS – To ensure performance and prevent damage, CQC Airsoft recommends: / High-grade 0.20g BBs or heavier / Quality batteries and smart chargers / Using low-quality BBs or improper power sources can cause damage not covered by warranty.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – To the fullest extent allowed by law, CQC Airsoft is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or data, regardless of cause or legal theory.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS – CQC Airsoft is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site. Access them at your own risk.

15. PROHIBITED USES – You may not: / Access data not intended for you / Attempt to breach or test Site security / Interfere with Site functionality / Upload malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content / Reverse-engineer any part of the Site / Use the Site for illegal activity

16. INDEMNIFICATION – You agree to indemnify and hold CQC Airsoft harmless from any claims or losses arising from: / Your use of the Site or Service / Your breach of these Terms / Your infringement of any rights of third parties

21. GEOGRAPHIC USE – The Site is operated from Canada. CQC Airsoft makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate outside Canada.

22. MODIFICATIONS – CQC Airsoft may update these Terms, modify the Site, or discontinue Services without prior notice. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

23. ORDER & SHIPPING POLICIES – Expedited orders (1-Day, 2-Day, Express) do not bypass processing times / Processing time is 1–3 business days Approx.. regardless of shipping method / Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot control carrier delays / Shipping fees are non-refundable  / Back-ordered items may ship separately. Additional shipments will be sent ground at no extra cost. / If you need to update your address before shipping, contact us immediately.

24. COUPON CODE POLICY – Only one coupon may be used per order / No rain checks / Coupons cannot be applied to sale items, MAP-restricted items, or combined with other promotions / Exclusions may apply
