Orders & Payments

Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days before carrier transit begins. CQC Airsoft is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend orders begin processing on the next business day.
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be possible before the order enters processing, transfer, picking or shipping. Once processing has started, we may not be able to stop or modify it.
Yes, when the product page allows it. Arrival dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, freight, customs or distribution delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. CQC Airsoft ships across Canada using trusted carriers such as UPS, Canpar and Purolator. Available services depend on destination, package size and product type.
Yes. Some products are transferred from our U.S. warehouse into Canada before final delivery or pickup. These orders may require extra time for transfer, customs clearance and receiving.
A transfer commonly takes approximately two weeks, although customs, carrier schedules, holidays and shipment volume can affect the final arrival date.
Express shipping speeds up carrier transit after dispatch. It does not bypass normal order processing, warehouse transfer, inspection or customs timelines.

Returns & Warranty

Eligible returns are handled as an exchange or store credit. Contact CQC Airsoft within 7 days of receiving the item. Products must be new, unused and complete with original packaging.
Final-sale or non-returnable products may include airsoft guns, BBs, gas, grenades, batteries, chargers, internal parts, installed components, customized items, special orders, clearance products and opened factory-sealed products.
Warranty support is intended for confirmed manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, unauthorized disassembly, modifications, incorrect batteries, improper gas, propane use, poor maintenance or normal wear may not be covered.

Inventory & Availability

Not always. Some in-stock products may be held at our U.S. warehouse and transferred to Canada after purchase. Contact us before ordering when you need an item by a specific date.
It means the item can be ordered even though it is not ready for immediate shipment. Arrival timing depends on future inventory and may not have a confirmed ETA.
In many cases, yes. Send us the exact product name, model, colour and manufacturer part number. Special orders may require prepayment and can be final sale.

Technical Support

Yes. Send the exact model, symptoms, battery or gas used, recent work performed and any sounds or error codes. Photos or a short video can help us identify the likely issue.
A useful starting point is 0.25g for indoor or entry-level AEGs, 0.25g–0.28g for outdoor AEGs, 0.32g–0.36g for DMRs and 0.40g or heavier for sniper rifles when the hop-up supports it.
Yes. We can help with HPA engines, tanks, regulators, lines, nozzles, FCUs, alignment, pressure setup and compatibility.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
CQC Airsoft is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so normal processing does not take place on weekends. Any special pickup arrangement must be confirmed in advance.

Trade-In, Wholesale & Discounts

Yes. Eligible AEG, GBBR, HPA, spring and sniper platforms may be considered. Trade value depends on brand, condition, age, function, included accessories and current demand.
Yes. Retailers, fields, teams and approved business customers can apply for a wholesale account. Approval is required before wholesale pricing becomes visible.
A military or veteran discount may be available after account registration and proof of service. Contact CQC Airsoft for current eligibility and setup instructions.
